How to use this page

RIBB is Bolivia’s flag-state registry and publishes normal, dual, special or temporary, recognized-organization and seafarer refrendo routes. Pharaohs Marine reviews the route, prepares the file, submits through the proper channel, tracks review and delivers issued documents. For class and statutory work, when our surveyor appointment and the appointing organization’s current Bolivia authority are confirmed, our appointed surveyor can conduct the applicable survey or audit and manage certification directly from our office through that organization; if the owner selects another authorized society, we coordinate with it. RIBB or the named society, RO or RSO remains the issuer.

Training-centre list status No public named list verified

No public list was verified: as of 2026-09-13, the reviewed current RIBB Gente de Mar page, refrendo requirements, forms, manuals index and official training-related news, together with the reviewed IMO GISIS public modules, did not publish a named flag-approved or flag-recognized maritime/STCW training-centre directory. RIBB mentions an Escuela Marítima in a 03-Apr-2023 news item and refers to Centros de Formación y Titulación in its 2022 organization manual, but neither source publishes an approval/recognition instrument, course scope, or expiry for a named centre. No placeholder rows are therefore included; this is a public-evidence limitation, not a claim that no approved centres exist.
