Requirements for change of owner:

• Application for change of owner
• Copy of ship registration, SSL, MSMC and CSR
• New bill of sale in the name of the new owner as buyer
• Corporation documents if the buyer is a company
• Power of attorney if the buyer is a company
• Passport copy of the authorized person if the buyer is a company
• Passport copy of new buyer if it is a person
• Copy of DOC, SMC, ISSC and MLC

After change of owner, new provisional registry certificates are issued and then permanent registration procedure is followed all over again
