The DGMM publishes provisional, definitive and special registration, selected technical-document and endorsement routes, and seafarer book, national COC, rating/training and foreign-certificate endorsement routes. Pharaohs Marine reviews files, prepares checklists, submits or coordinates with the proper Honduran route, tracks requests and delivers issued documents when available. The DGMM, Honduras-authorized RO/class society or inspector, or approved training centre decides and issues; requirements, validity and timing remain route-specific.

Verified: the DGMM publishes provisional, provisional-extension, definitive, special and fishing-vessel registration routes, plus related property/change/deletion/proof actions. Completed DGMM Registry Request Form.
Authenticated public deed of power or authenticated Power of Attorney.
Original or certified title deed, lease or legal act showing ownership.
Tonnage Certificate for vessels over 78 feet or 24 metres; an RO Non-Convention Certificate or DGMM Simplified Tonnage Calculation may apply to smaller vessels.
Third-Party Liability insurance policy for a cargo or passenger vessel.
Applicable Tonnage and Seaworthiness Certificate details requested by the Registry Request Form.

Validity

Provisional Certificate of Registry: six months.
The Registry Request Form undertaking to submit applicable technical certificates within 30 days is not a processing-time promise.
