Endorsements under Cook Islands:
Provisional certificate of endorsement (CT) is issued valid for three months with possibility of extension of another three months
During the three months period full term endorsement is issued with the same validity of the national license
Requirements for crew endorsements under Cook Islands:
- Application form.
- Copy of national certificates of competency (all pages)
- Medical fitness certificate for seafarers, max. 6 months old
- Copy of four basic safety safety training certificate(s)
- Copy of ship security officer or designated security duties as applicable
- Copy of passport with minimum 6 months validity
- Digital color photo of applicant on white background
Endorsement with Pharaohs Marine Surveyors under Cook Islands:
- One working day processing time for endorsments
- Three months for COC renewals packages for including courses attendance time
- Assist for medical certificate if not available
- License endorsement
- GOC endorsements
- Endorsement of Ship security officer/ Designated security duties or Ship security awareness
- All prices include courier expenses
- Follow up until full term is issued
